What is health coaching?
Health coaching, at its very basic level, is support and guidance to help you live a healthier lifestyle. It involves a multitude of things such as setting small goals, overcoming obstacles, and helping you figure out what’s working for you and your body.
How does it work?
By learning what your goals are and what motivates you, we can work together to establish a plan for how to implement small changes to the way you approach fitness, health, and overall wellness. This can involve how to change habits, learning healthier substitutions for recipes, and overall relies on your commitment to YOURSELF.
What else do I need to know?
