You might think to yourself, “Why should I trust this girl?” Well, that’s where I say, “Why? Because I’ve been there before.” I’ve successfully lost 30+ pounds and have now maintained that weight loss for nearly 4 years.
I know that being healthy is hard in today’s society and that a one-size-fits-all approach will not work for everyone. I know it’s harder to make changes than the magazines and countless articles tell you it is. I know it because I’ve lived it, and I want to help people make changes on their own accord. I want to help you be better than you were yesterday.
Through my Health Coach certification and my passion for this industry over the last 10 years, I’ve studied a variety of wellness theories and practical health coaching methods. With my knowledge, we can co-create a completely personalized lifestyle modification program based on your goals. My goal is to help you gain confidence and move toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources

Step 3: We’ll schedule an initial consult call to discuss your goals and see if we’re a good fit. This is completely free!
Step 4: If you decide you’d like to start working together, you’re able to select a package based on how much support you’d like from me. You can change this from month to month based on your needs!
Online Health Coaching offers incredible flexibility to fit into your already busy life. If you’re in the Denver area, we can also schedule in-person sessions.
Step 5: We’ll work together to come up with your own personalized lifestyle modification program. We’ll discuss what’s working, what’s not, and how you can make iterative changes and build confidence towards a better you!
